Are you sure they aren't just moving? A space at NW 23rd & Johnson has had a huge banner draped across it for the last month or so announcing the building as home to nau starting in spring 2008.

The nau website has a letter saying the company is winding down its business operations and that they could not raise the necessary funds to move forward.
